Ataman Hotel is an old house first built 200 years ago in the historical tradition of houses carved out of rock in Cappadocia, and further extended later to become a large estate in the 1950s.

Since 1985, it has been restored as a Hotel and Restaurant.

Situated in the amazing surroundings of Cappadocia with "fairy chimneys" and early Christian churches, Ataman has also got a large research library with books on Cappadocia.
